My chiropractor asked me today if I ran in the rain a lot. I told him sometimes but I really like it. He said that running when were not supposed to be out there are always the most memorable runs. That is so true.

In running, there are two types of pain:
- The pain of running to your limits
- The pain of not being able to run
and then when you know you shouldn’t but you start too soon and regret every decision you have ever made that lead you to that moment in your run.. you know the moment

I reblog this everytime it’s on my dash. A lot of people think an anxiety attack is always hyperventilating and freaking out. I don’t know how it is for everybody but I can have anxiety attacks where I just feel like I’m not breathing enough even though I am and start getting sweaty, heart races and sudden urge to escape no matter what I’m doing. Most don’t think that’s an “attack” but until you’ve felt it you don’t know how claustrophobic it actually makes you feel.
